Learning Strategists / Sales Associates

WATMEC is looking for several Learning Strategists to serve the Canadian Market.  These individuals will have

a) a degree that relates to the learning field

b) strong business acumen

c)  an understanding of Human Performance Improvement

d)  well developed communication skills in particular listening skills

e)  ability to seek out, approach and present to senior personnel

f)  ability to write clear, concise proposals

g)  a desire to make a difference in the business community of Canada

h) a self-starter mindset with strong work ethic

i) long-term commitment to success

j) a minimum of 3 year’s experience selling intangibles

Experienced Facilitators

WATMEC is always looking for experienced trainers.  All of our facilitators need to have an adult education degree or diploma as well as the appropriate educational designation for their area of expertise.  Facilitators will be expected to complete the Certified Accelerated Learning program offered by the International Alliance for Learning within a given timeframe of signing on with WATMEC.

Our current facilitators are known for their passion for learning and development and exhibit this with their own on-going development.

Facilitators should own their own material and use a recognized methodology to design and deliver their content.  A familiarity with current e-learning technologies would be a definite asset.
