Public Courses

Each session is presented in an interactive format. Our Accelerated Learning methodology includes mini-lectures, guided discussions, structured exercises and live scenarios. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions, practice the skills, debrief their learnings and plan the application of the newly-found skills back on the job. At each session, participants receive a workbook, job aid, and templates or tips to assist in the future application of the material.
